“Today we had a course focused on cappuccino. It’s of course a chance to talk also about the espresso and the figure of the bartender. Then we talked about cappuccino and international milk-based recipes which are very popular abroad, trying to give some inputs and novelties to our operators. There was a very good public response, many questions and much attention to espresso. A beautiful day!
