- Water temperature: 90 - 92 °C
- Percolation time: 24 - 27 seconds
- (make sure the grind is not too fine)
The Packaging
The innovative modified-atmosphere packaging preserves the freshness and flavour of the coffee for longer, as if it were freshly roasted.
The aluminium packaging allows the product to mature and degas directly inside the tin, preventing the dispersion of the aromas released during this process, resulting in a concentrated flavour that can be fully appreciated in the cup.
